Life after Octoberfest

There really is, but it isn't the same. Last night we finished cataloguing the O'fest finds (all rhyolite or Munsungun) and Doug and Matt actually started back doing slag and FCR from field school (Fire-Cracked Rock. It is not, in itself, exciting). No one loves the Neville II stuff as much as they do the Potter site stuff. But compared to how they feel about the Ossippee 2000 anti-kibble, it's a spiral of crazed enthusiasm.

Dick still gets evil-looking if one asks about future dig plans. So fussy.

This Saturday is the Autumn NH Archeological (sic) Society meeting in Exeter, which I figure is about an hour and half from here.
