Repetitve birdcall

There was this bird at the site. I thougt it was possibly a truck backing up because of its monotonous regularity, but eventually I decided it was a bird. An appeal to the NH Birds List brought me the following wav. file.

It was a Black-Billed Cuckoo. Thank goodness for technology.
